The Virginia Water Resources Research Center is pleased to announce Ella Lewis as our newest undergraduate intern! Ella is a junior in Biological Systems Engineering, focusing on Environmental Health and Ecological Engineering. After graduating, she plans to work towards Professional Engineer Licensure and pursue a career in Water Resources Engineering. During this internship, Ella will attend the National Institutes of Water Research Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. and develop educational resources about drinking water systems including sourcing, treatment, distribution, and responses to boil water advisories for Virginia residents. We are delighted to have Ella joining us this semester!
